The Story

Mecha Con has arrived and to celebrate we are doing some extra fun events.

Warhammer 40k is also being played at Mecha Con! We have a little bit of extra space so we are allowing up to 20 people to play in a very fun 2 Day event:

List Submission November 16th

Timings
10 minutes are allocated before the rounds for players to set up terrain and discuss lists. Armies are not to be deployed in this time.
A hard dice down ruling will be in effect for this event. Players are encouraged to use chess clocked to keep time allocation fair. When only 10 minutes remain in a round players are not allowed to start a new battle round and are encouraged to talk the remainder of the game out
Chess clocks
Chess clocks are not mandatory but are highly advised. If one player wishes to use a clock then both players must. The time is to be divided evenly giving each player 1hr 30min to play the game. If a player runs out of time they may only take mandatory actions such as rolling saves.
